“No more Steeling”

“No More Steeling”  is a series of videos aiming at guiding young LGBTI+ to take care of their own mental health. The series includes 10 videos and is hosted by Mrs.Vi Bùi and Mr. Quang Trần, the two LGBTI+ activists in Hanoi.

The two shared with us the technique in confronting stress, anxiety or even depression conveyed through real-life experience which is full of emotions but sometimes heart-breaking. Aside from those are interesting and useful by a positive and easy-going tone of the both Vi and Quang.
